This agency is really in a world of its own. The people that work there are genuinely interested in finding the perfect nanny and family match. As a nanny they took the time to listen to me and what I was looking for in a family and also called all my references and had detailed conversations with them about me. When it came time to place me I felt that I could openly talk to Joy about the potential families and whether they would be a good match for me.
The best part of working for them is that if I have any questions or concerns they are always happy to talk to me and help me. I worked with one other agency when i first moved to Chicago that was nice to me when they were placing me, but once I started having questions and concerns with my new family they wouldn't return any of my calls or e-mails. I am so happy to have found Chicago nannies and I tell every parent and nanny that I meet about them!
